HEIC Converter (“the App”) is a mobile application that converts HEIC/HEIF image files to JPG, PNG, or WebP formats. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains how the App handles your data.

Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• No account or sign-up required.
• No analytics or tracking.
• No cookies or device identifiers collected.
• No data sent to external servers.

Image Processing

All image conversion happens entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server. Converted files are saved locally to your device's Documents folder or downloaded through your browser.

File Storage

The App uses on-device storage (via Capacitor Preferences) to save your settings. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted externally.

Third-Party Services

The App currently does not use any third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics platforms, or cloud processing.

Future Changes

We may introduce the following features in future updates:

• Advertisements: The App may integrate a third-party advertising service (such as Google AdMob) to display ads. If ads are added, the ad provider may collect certain device information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• Premium / In-App Purchases: The App may offer a paid premium tier to unlock additional features or remove ads. Payment processing would be handled by the platform's app store (Google Play), and we would not directly collect any payment information.
• Usage Limits: A daily free conversion limit may be introduced for non-premium users, tracked locally on your device.

If any of these changes are made, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly before they take effect.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
